Angles

I've noticed angles are being used a lot recently. I'm keen to have a go at using this technique when creating typefaces. It adds character and gives the work some depth by having a three-dimensional effect.

Something which can tie in with the use of angles is layers. This can be very effective depending on the kind of work. It's really interesting seeing the same thing from different angles when they're made up from layers, when only one particular way will let you see the final result; every other way won't make sense.
